Corporate AI practical training where executives and employees create their own work tools

Most companies don't use tools, not because they don't have them, but because they don't know 'how to use them for my work.' Therefore, rather than a lecture, the course is centered around hands-on practice using tools for actual work within the company.

In particular, direct experience of management is the fastest starting point for organizational AI adoption. For companies concerned about security and data, we also establish internal standards for safe use (advanced consulting).

Before starting, in the planning stage, we individually consult with about 10 people and decide on a vibe coding task that suits each person's work. Afterwards, the actual work automation solution is completed through approximately 10 hours of basic/intensive training and intermediate individual consulting (resolving stuck areas).

After completion, we design it together to the operational (Ops) stage to expand it to each team or improve its functionality.

1:1 automation consulting and construction (designing and building each individual's tasks together), follow-up practice support (remote) to help apply it to the workplace after training, nurturing in-house instructors who spread the training content throughout the organization, and providing guidance on Claude plans or API keys for short-term practice with Doson Tea - add more as needed.
